My experience started with my first interaction with the lady that handled my call. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and down to earth. Even when an unexpected repair and the call before mine caused me to be rescheduled, everyone was very apologetic and quick to get me in the calls for the next day. Once Jud arrived he was polite and down to earth. We enjoyed chatting about our common love of dogs while he worked. He was very proficient, polite and professional. My mom felt bad that he was here at lunchtime and insisted that she make him a sandwich when he left. Definitely a great experience and I will refer them in the future. Well done Rooter Septic Services, well done.
Dallas is an awesome tech. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about the services provided. No pressure for any additional services, but recommendations I felt were trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone. Definitely a keeper in my contact list.
Elijah was very polite, and knowledgeable. He showed up timely, explained all work needed in detail, and answered all my concerns and questions regarding future maintenance needed on our septic tank. We will definitely use the company in the future.
My service technicians were very pleasant and professional. They could have quite easily uncharged me because I almost insisted they dump my septic tank. After they assest the problem I was assured that wasn't necessary. I have had my tank serviced over the years and know that this company will be my septic company for ever. Andy & Eliza fixed the problem that the previous company caused and it didn't break the bank. To all septic tank owners look no further than metro. Dallas and Elijah where the 2 technicians that came over to my house, they walked me through the whole process and explained what had happened with my septic system which hadn't been taken care of in quite a while. They pumped, clean and did all the necessary repairs since I was having a bit of a water backup problem. I am very satisfied with the job and I will definitely recommend as they were very knowledgeable and the customer service was on point.
Company that came out was 'Rooter Septic Services'. Signs on the truck, uniforms, the whole bit. First class all the way. Was sent a pic and bio of the person coming out. Checked things out, gave me the choices and despite the 25F with snow he and his helper proceeded to get the job done. Very happy.
William was amazing. He took the time to go into detail how the septic system works and how often we should do maintenance. At first we could t find it but he took the time to call the county and get the details of where it was located. We will definitely be using this company for all future needs!
Excellent service Andy!!! It was a very pleasant and informative experience... Learned a lot about Septic systems. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be. I had a wonderful experience with Rooter Septic Services, from the first initial call to set up my appointment the staff were very helpful and quick to meet my needs. My technicians Cooper and Jimmy were wonderful! Both knowledgeable and answered my questions and kept me in the know about the whole process! Chris was the man who came to service us. Not only was he professional but super friendly as well. He came out got straight to work. He found my tank in no time.
